“SMART has been the school of my dreams” – Rudik, the first SMART Citizen, who finished the SMART Citizenship curriculum this week, summarizes his two-year journey.
They say the future belongs to those who prepare for it today. We prepare the youth of the COAF SMART Center for a better tomorrow by making a wide range of modern professions accessible to them.
The COAF SMART Center, well-known by many as our business card, is home to over 1500 youngsters and adults from 27 communities of the Lori region.

What motivated the 17-year old professional soccer player Rafik Zargaryan, who is interested in programming and economics, to engage in the Performing Arts Program? His answer is more than clear:
