Since the beginning of the ‘24 academic year, nearly 500 public schools in Armenia have been using the English textbooks developed by the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) for the 3rd, 6th, and 8th grades. Over the past two years, the content of these textbooks has been piloted and refined through COAF’s English educational programs in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Armenia.
Students who have studied with these materials have not only improved their language proficiency but have also acquired valuable skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, and independent research.

Our goal is to provide teachers with high-quality educational resources that not only enhance students’ language proficiency but also equip them with 21st-century skills and help broaden their horizons.
These textbooks are the result of the invaluable dedication and work of COAF’s English Programs team and partner teachers. Their extensive teaching experience and deep understanding of students’ needs and challenges have greatly contributed to the development of modern, engaging, and compelling educational materials.
Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that employs community-led approaches aimed at improving the quality of life in rural Armenia, with particular focus on children and youth.
