COAF’s Scholarship and Career Development Program provides a beacon of hope for our accomplished graduates, bridging the gap between ambition and opportunity, providing accessible, top-tier career training, and invaluable mentorships. These exceptional students, hailing from communities that lack professional resources, will be equipped to face any challenge and flourish in their chosen paths.
Through our Scholarship Program, we strive to break barriers and bridge gaps, empowering our Alumni to pursue higher education and unleash their full potential.
Our exceptional COAF Alumni, who have benefited from our Career Development Program, embody the spirit of change by paying it forward through inspiring Community Projects.
Our employability training equips COAF Alumni with essential skills, ranging from crafting résumés to acing job interviews, ensuring that no hurdle stands in their way toward success.
At the heart of our internship program lies the goal of supporting our Alumni to gain a deeper understanding of industry practices, cultivate essential professional skills, and forge connections that can open doors to future opportunities.
Thanks to our mentorship programs our Alumni forge meaningful connections with their mentors, who become guiding lights, providing support, advice, and encouragement as they navigate the twists and turns of their careers.
The Youredjian Family Foundation has been a key partner in COAF’s Alumni Program, enabling us to provide life-changing scholarships and career development opportunities to talented individuals from rural communities in Armenia. Thanks to their generous support, more than 200 COAF Alumni from 19 rural communities across Armenia have been able to pursue higher education in diverse fields, including law, medicine, journalism, pedagogy, and economics.
Beyond just the college years, the Youredjian Family Foundation has recognized the importance of early childhood development, and their generous investment has propelled the expansion of COAF’s Child & Family Centers (CFC) throughout the Armavir, Syunik, and Shirak regions of Armenia. The CFCs play a pivotal role in shaping the future of rural children, providing them with essential support from their early years and setting them on a path of success and prosperity.
Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that employs community-led approaches aimed at improving the quality of life in rural Armenia, with particular focus on children and youth.
