Eleanora and Maria’s “tour de SMART” began six years ago. In the years since, both sisters have completed over nine programs, participated in different workshops and summer programs, played important roles in the realization of a slew of projects, and had their creations win in an art competition.
The recent floods that have swept through Tavush and Lori, particularly in the regions where the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) is deeply rooted, have brought immense distress and hardship.
As a proud partner of the EU, the COAF was delighted to host this significant day at its COAF SMART Center and Concept by COAF.
Last year, the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF), with the support of the Vahē & Lucie Foundation, hosted seven dynamic art workshops at the COAF SMART Center. These workshops aimed to spark a passion for art among Lori youth and foster the region’s artistic development.
Today, on April 10, an important milestone was reached in the Debet community of the Lori region. The groundbreaking ceremony for the rural secondary school was held.
